  Maintainance became worse since 2015 in their buildings. They start to charge tenants for services. Not available in weekends. No security

  Service levels have dropped immensely in the past 2 yrs. Maintenance lines are seldom answered and when they do, many excuses are made to justify their inability to help immediately regardless of how urgent the requested assistance may be for.

  I have experienced being a resident in one of the buildings , maintenance services were excellent, the upkeep of the apartments is excellent, building relationships with the residents on every occasion also was a great initiative .
