  I loved this hotel. We were welcomed at reception with dates and coffee. The staff were attentive and friendly. Our suite was absolutely beautiful, with a lounge area, small kitchen and a separate bedroom. The furnishings were traditional and lovely, and a few pastries and bottle of water were provided. The suite was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shower pressure was great. I would definitely stay there again.

  + Spatious and nice room, great price. Plenty of storage space. Fast wifi, great signal strength. Lovely staff. - The pool timings make it useless during weekdays. Opening at 8am and closing 6pm will prevent everybody working or making business from using it. Suggestion: Keep the pool open till 8pm. Gym equipment is quite old. Parking entrance is narrow and includes passing around edges. Need to be careful. Some lights in the room were not working/missing.

  Our stay was pleasant. The staff are great (Edwin, Toufeeq, and all). Pros: The price. The room size. We asked for bed sheets for the Arabian Style sofas that were meant to be used as beds and we were given the sheets promptly with no problems. Cons: Not enough sun-light during the day. The bathroom doesn't smell good and is HOT - no proper ventilation. The microwave was found dirty when we arrived. The washing machine was found broken when we arrived. Dishes are not washed as part of the daily room cleaning service.

  We only stayed at the hotel for about 6 hours as part of a stopover. The hotel responds swiftly to inquiries through email, they have a shuttle service (hotel-airport), check in around 0:30 in the middle of the night went quick with lots of help with luggage. The room was spacious with 2 single beds (we placed together) and 2 single made beds from the couch for the kids, refreshments and water were present, the air conditioning was working well, soap and shampoo present in the bathroom and warm water. Breakfast was not included in the price (on the booking I made), but because of the short stay we did not have any. We asked for some milk for the baby, which they happily provided to us for free.
