  Out of 10 times I called, only twice somebody picked up the phone, and it was during office hours. They gave me a replacement car for the one I rented and it has been 2 weeks and still no call about when I'll get back the car I rented. I rented a 2014 car but the replacement car is older, has scratches in many areas and is making noises. Told them about it but still no reply. Very uncaring and incompetent staff. Unimpressed. I highly do not recommend them to anyone.
