  Dr. Inna was really good and nice doctor. She is my dermatologist and I really appreciate her efforts. She take time to explain everything to make me understand my situation even though is not working hours already. She made effort to respond my concern. Thank you Dr. Inna for taking care of my skin.   Good hair laser removal services but horrible punctuality, they will give you an appointment and they'll make you wait for more than an hour because they are "changing the canisters". And they had to change it one time when i was getting it and it didn't even take 10 minutes. So god knows why are they making me wait for so long, and it didn't happen one time. So the question is if you already have a costumer with an appointment why do you give another one the same appointment and pretend you're doing something you're not.

  Dr. Inna Gapinko is absolutely rude, excusing her horrible attitude that it was too early in the morning which is not justifiable. In addition to a horrible receptionist, definitely not Sayida or any of the lovely Phillipina ladies, I wish I can remember her name but absolutely horrendous attitude. I don't recommend this doctor and confused as to why people compliment her. She is so rude I can't even express.
