  I booked my laundry for pick up from 1026 am but until 7 pm the customer service has no update yet when my laundry can be fetched. She is blaming the traffic for the delay. Maybe the driver is driving from Bahrain. She should have informed me, at least i know. My eyes became white waiting for the driver to come. Poor hospitality service
