  Need to improve a lot to deliver good customer service. Staff needs to be trained on how to value the customers.

  Should you need to rent a car for couple of days or to lease a car in Qatar, this is perfect opportunity. I give 4 stars because they don't have dedicated parking lot for customers, therefore if you need to visit the office you might struggle to find space for your card. Also sometimes the payment for the leasing is not processed for "god-knows-the-reason".
