  Good n prompt door pick up and delivery. Very Helpful as i came back from holiday and to get my cloths, curtains carpet and blankets washed i called blue pearl and they send people to collect and delivery was done very next day. These people wash blankets so good! M very happy with quality of work and prompt response.

  You know what I don't like, the new workers there have no respect to the customer. I am referring to myself, I do not know with others. When I came there, I saw that they were busy with the clothes, I waited for about 25 minutes there. When it is my turn it took another 5-7 minutes to pay attention to me. Then when they pay attention, they were so mad at me and I don't know what's the reason. Then I went out for a bit to cool down, when I came back I ask when will I get it? Then he ask me if I got the bill. Obviously, I got it because he is the one who gave it to me. He said tomorrow, then I ask again if it is afternoon or evening for clear conversation, that's why we have clarity. He still keep saying tomorrow. When Im getting out, I did not let the time pass without unleashing my bit of anger. I ask him "Are you mad?", He did not even have a response and he looks frozen ice body and staring at me. If he's still mad tomorrow September 27, 2016, then I will never return and unleash half of my anger. To control it I will report it.
