  Excellent location, and a lovely place to unwind with great coffee and a wonderful selection of cakes, the staff were also really friendly and attentive.

  Didn't even almost meet expectations. I walked in, and no one attended to me. Two of the staff members looked and me and one purposely walked past me and the other one went into the kitchen. I stood around a bit and then just sat at an unoccupied table. Once seated, a lady then came to check if we had a reservation (which we did, but she said she didn't have it in the system) so she uprooted us to a table in the corner, unapologetically. We ordered the golden high tea and the tea and coffee arrived long in advance. Then the sweet pastries arrived and we had to ask for the savoury items which then came after another wait. Staff are not friendly as one would expect in such an esteemed establishment. Difficult to get anyone's attention, and they purposefully try to avoid you. No one checks on you. The view is nice, overlooking the pool and the beach of the hotel. The tea and bites themselves were okay but I was completely turned off by the service or lack thereof.

  A very cozy cafe. A great selection of desserts. A great place to catch up with friends.

  Was crowded abit . Service was inconvenient. The waitress kept forgetting orders and mixing them up . Two waitresses came to ask us more than once if we ordered this or that ! Also we ordered 2 afternoon tea and got one tray of sweet . Many times we explain this to staff until they deduct from bill . The place though is amazing with excellent view of the pool . Good spacing . Heard a lot about their famous cappuccino. Was too creamy for me
