  Im surprised to see negative comments here. My experience was wonderful, from the lady who answered many of me queries on the phone to the security officer who checks your application to the gentlemen who thoroughly checks your application before submission. Whether the embassy grants you visa or not, these guys do their best to present your documents in good order. They have recently moved closer to Doha city which is good news! Suggestion: The security officer should have a table at your new location.

  Its very simple process to get the Visa and they are friendly and very helpful

  Website not operational. Login of user does not work and Ive tried with no success to use my SMS reference number (confirmation received while at their office) - the website just says the number does not exist... In general the website is NOT GOOD...do not change your password, as then the system does not accept your new or old password either...!!?? Trying without success to reschedule or cancel my application...even while its a Premium Booking...

  Highly disappointed with their customer service and they have taken so much of time yet with no courtesy to provide any message on the progress. Very unprofessional.
