  Good service but too many terms and condition and why non refundable deposit!!!!?? They are popular here in Qatar but they should make easy holiday packages so everyone can get the promo. Thanks

  No customer service . No parking All pf they locations is very bad . No call center . They company is out of faculty .

  Worst customer service i have experienced ever in my life, I have applied for business visa through Cozmo travels, even after 18 days they are saying it will be ready, it will be ready. They are saying its got rejected, and they re applied 3 times, if its getting rejected why they are wasting customer's valuable time by re applying (they are regularly handling this for many customer and they said at the end its getting rejected for all then why did they keep on re applying if all the request is getting rejected). And the main thing is that we can never get a proper reply on the phone, I have called them each and every day to follow up, they will keep on saying its under process. normally other travels takes only 4 days for the same visa, and we will get a proper reply within 4 days, but here they will be keep on saying it will be ready it will be ready. And finally after 18 days they deducted my 100 riyal without providing anything.
