  Cash Deposit by using ATM card in the ATM machine (beside the branch) is possible. The best thing here is, they have provided a telephone connection for the customers to contact Doha Bank in case of any emergency. An internet banking option is also available in the same location though I've never availed it.

  The Arabic gentleman at the Customer Service desk #8 is one of the rudest people I've come across in a while. He should be re-positioned to a back-end job instead of having him deal with customers...!!!! (I wish I could've taken a video of how he spoke to another customer) The rest of the staff at Customer Service are extremely friendly and helpful otherwise..
