  I had the horrible experience with an employee there that receive my documents her attitude was not good at all and the question that ask was stranger that do you have kids?, how will be with them ? Will you travel alone? Anyways the big shock when I call after two weeks to ask about my visa and she talk so rude and disrespectful way and when I closed with her the line and went the embassy next day to make a complaint she told me nobody her and you can take the email with the consular to make appointment first, and she gave me the office email that she will receive it not her Bosse, anyways I took my passport and not interested anymore to travel to Belgium and until now I didn’t receive any reply from the embassy if my visa done or refund. It was av very bad experience but the good that when I emailed the consular she replied very respect way and apologized for this action by one of the staff.
