  It is very disheartening to see such response from Greece embassy, despite giving all the documents they have rejected visa with baseless reasons. On asking about reasons for visa rejection, First he says, you do not have enough amount in your account then we asked how much amount should be there? He says 4000-5000 QAR then we said we have enough amount in the account and same document has been submitted, you can have a check of that document. Then he says, you have not submitted the travel ticket, booking and insurance, again to justified his point we said, we have submitted all the documents and you can have a review/recheck of our application form, you will find all the document there. As we did not agree with him ,He says one of you is married and other two are single hence i can’t give you the visa, it’s not good. Embassy people here are not sound enough to understated the tourism as they are very old and thinking is very rigid. Please do not apply visa at this embassy as it is going to get rejected and you are going to lose your hard earned money, instead you can go to other embassy’s to get Schengen visa. Such a biased system of visa approval. This is an extreme injustice.

  I think I was enough lucky....that I got visa for me and my family just in 2 days...I have taken all documents what they have mentioned at there webesite....we came back from Greece and it was amazing experience for me and my family.. Thanku Greek embassy in Qatar...and Greek people...they were amazing...😍

  They are killing all willing to visit this beautiful country!!! I and my husband started to apply for a visa three month before the trip. We received answer after 8 days. Gentleman said to buy flights direct to Greece after checking all the previous visas and documents. But our plan was to go by car from Turkey. We have to change our plan of trip just to make satisfied this gentlemen! Then he said to come without appointment with direct tickets. I had huge willing to see Greece and we were following his instructions. We came after few days again and he said to bring marriage certificate!!! He was really looking for a reason not to take the documents. We have same surname and I'm here under husband's sponsorship. After our indignations he said we have two months, he has a people who is traveling on next week and we still have a lot of time! Take a appointment after two weeks and add marriage certificate. After two weeks they answered what they are FULLY BOOKED!!! I came to the place without appointment and they send me to make a visa in home country of my husband!!! And they are not saying a reason of it, just they are too busy. I didn't expect what it will be so difficult to get visa. The worst experience in Qatar!

  How the Qatar Foreign affair ministry allow this very bad attitude to continue on its land? That old guy was shouting at me and giving me an insulting hard time and was about to make a fight with him but i managed to control my temper and i refuse to continue my visa application and i left. what a sham.
