  Very disappointed with the response after my wife got food poisoning following room service meal that was undercooked. I believe they tell you it is 5 star but long way from that. After being given a rather pathetic apology from their kitchen manager and having the cheek to offer another identical meal. On a positive note their guest relations are very happy to assist. This has ruined our 2 weeks away following Thailand and has left a bad impression of this hotel. Offering massages and then offering medical assistance for costs only adds to the offence as anyone with a practical mind has medical insurance.
