  Pros: nice spacious gym usually not crowded lots of machines and free weights generally friendly staff Cons: no parking spaces avail big issue, sometimes changing room and bath not clean, steam bath couple of times on maintence

  Place is spacious. Lot of treadmills & ellipticals so no waiting. Less crowded. Steam & sauna always available. Very clean & well maintained. Free weights available on first floor. All latest Equipments.

  Was in Doha for about a month joined this gym as it was close to my work. Totally loved it specially trainer Hadi from Philippines. Highly recommended none of the training schedule were the same as he has lot of variety of training exercises mixing cardio with weight trading with core and boot camp oohooof!!!... , trust me u will never get bored instead u will be looking frw for ur next training with him. Thanks Hadi n energie fitness for wonderful fitness workouts.
