::I bought i phone x and with the cover and everything. After 2 weeks the panzer glass which was installed to protect my screen started getting bubbles. So i went to the Jarir Book store to fix it coz it has warranty in it. So the first time they fixed it. After somedays again it started getting bubbles on it so they fixed it again but this time they charged me 30riyals. I asked them why? They said it’s the installation charges which you have to pay every alternative time. I agreed to pay him and then i asked the cashier even, do i have to pay again if the bubble comes this time. The cashier told me No you don’t have to for the next time. So i came home and just after two day which is today the bubble came and i went there and now the staffs recognise me and he said okay he will fix it. Then he went somewhere for sometime and he brings his manager and he started talking to me in a very rudely manner and you have to pay for the installation. I was like why? I said , your staff only told me that after paying for the first time the next time is free. No installation charges. Then why? The manager started asking me who was the guy show me. I showed him and he started asking him loudly. So he lied. He told me that i didn’t told you that. I was so shocked. Then i went to the cashier he was so afraid to see the manager. The manager ask him also in that way he also denied. I ask him why are you lying, i just came 2 day before . He is quite and not saying anything. I told him just because the manager is in front of you that’s why you are lying. He is quite and looking at me. And the manager still talking to me in a rudely manner. I would have given the installation fee but the way they talked with a customer is not actually good. This is not acceptable. So i just said Thank you and i came home. This is the experience which i came across and i didn’t like it. Thank you!

::Nice electronics showroom.. Genuine items only available in there.. Price is little higher comparing to any other shop around the doha city but things is perfect.. Good customer services. Still I’m using my iPhone 6 it’s brought from here only on September 2014 .. no any complaints and issues..
