  My friend, being the sweetheart that she is, transferred over her Q-grabs spa deal to me and of course I was super excited. The package included: a Moroccan bath, a wash and blow-dry with a hot oil scalp treatment/massage, manicure, eyebrow and upper lip threading, simple makeup - although they didn't offer this when I arrived, and a golden facial. That a sounds lovely but the place was a dump and ants were everywhere. So disgusting! I did not enjoy all my time there but I did enjoy the facial. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there because the place was smelly and the ants were annoying. Plus the staff was not very friendly at all, they kept making me feel uncomfortable because I was pregnant and they refused to give me a massage or a full Moroccan bath.

  Hygiene standards are poor. Staff are in a rush to get things done. Staff are shouting and calling out to each other. Very noisy place and sub standard service.

  Very poor quality job, like someone mentioned earlier they are in a rush to get things done. They are shouting and talking to each other it’s a noisy environment there. I have doubts at their hygiene standards.

  very amazing place. great staff and superb services. so clean and so professional. their makeup and hairstyle services are awesome. very satisfied 👍🏻

  Not up to the expectation, they seem to be in hurry to get done with their work and shove in next customer. Plus very foggy ambience...Disappointing !
