  I made arrangements for this company to collect 3 carpets while I was on vacation. They collected 2 and failed to collect the 3rd one. when I returned i contacted them and they refused to fix the problem although i had paid for 3. They said it was not their problem, took no responsibility and did not offer any solutions other than I could repay.. poor service. Poor customer service. Poor ethics!

  Cleans good and very affordable. You should try their dry carpet cleaning machine, HOST. The sales staff is reliable. Would recommend this company for everyone living in Doha.
