  24May17 Unfortunately someone got into an accident with my car and he had an insurance with Misr Insurance, which was even more unfortunate. Disorganized: There were 2 customers who were taken by the staff who took the tickets after me Lethargic staff : even though there seemed to be like 5 staffs working here only one seemed like he was doing something and he was the one who helped me process the papers. Bad experience , i hope no one with an insurance policy here gets in an accident with my car again 🙏 lol
