  Disgraceful servives. I asked for a medical report yesterday and was told that it'll be fine to send the driver along with the ID's to pick up the report. The driver next day wasn't given the report and later when I went in the evening I was told the secretary' office is closed and the report cannot be obtained. I am assuming who is the customer service head, told me she'd try to have access to the secretary' office to obtain the report, only to call me later on telling me there isn't an issued report by the doctor. She questioned me, accused me of not understanding correctly and was plain confusing and very useless. Mind you, I am bilingual and speaks Arabic & English fluently. PHCC health care servives? A disaster and a disgrace. I needed the report because I couldn't do my school work during a time where I should be grieving my passed away relative. This is what happens where Fifa will be hosted in a couple of years. EXCITING!

  Professional service. Eventhough it is for Qatari only, they are still allowing emergency case to be handled here.

  Worst very very bad child desk receptionist. She wasted our 1hr by just doing gossip with other people in arabic. And has no knowledge at all. My mistake is i didnt ask her name, or else i would have mentioned it

  The worst & illiterate securities (male&female) degrades the centre before expats. They will never listen to public & will shout in arabic without understanding what one needs , blaming other nation citizens.Especially the female security so bad in her behavior. Will be better if appointed productive & educated personals.
