::The girls at Pambo Hair Salon always take very good care of me especially Francisca. She has been doing my hair for almost 5 years now. She knows what I like and she just does it. All the hair stylist are very talented. The owner is always there interacting with the customers and making sure you are being cared for properly.

::I just returned home from Pambo's and I HAD to write this review. A friend of mine recommended Pambo's for getting manicures and pedicures. I was also looking forward to checking out the place to see if it was suitable for my daughter to have her hair done there. When I arrived at Pambo's my anticipation was tempered because that's when I realised it was the same salon I had called to make an appointment in 2011, when I had just arrived in Doha, and the person who took my call told me she would call me back with the date. Well it is 2018 and this was the first time I was actually going to their location so you know how that went. Despite my foreboding I went in. My friend recommended Maureen so when I called and made my appointment I specifically requested Maureen. I was told Maureen would not be available at 10am so I agreed to be seen by her at 11am. I got to Pambo's at about 10:55am for my 11am appointment. A Philipina lady at the desk politely informed me she would be doing my nails. I asked her, "Are you Maureen?" She told me Maureen is busy now and she has another customer after the one she was with. I told her I had specifically asked for Maureen when I made my appointment. She asked me to have a seat and wait for a few minutes. She then went into the room where the pedicures are done. She never returned and I never saw her after that. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one said anything to me until a young lady ushered me into the room and instructed me to put my feet in the bath of bubbling tepid water and she walked away. This was quite shocking to me because for the first time in my life I had to roll my own trousers up in a salon to get my pedicure done. I would have expected this person to at least do the preliminaries and at a minimum say, "I am sorry but Maureen is with someone she will be with you shortly." But apparently it was too much to ask. Anyway, my feet were in the water for exactly 15 minutes. Yes, I timed it. During those 15 minutes not one member of staff said a word to me. While I sat waiting with wrinkled toes one lady who was giving someone a pedicure kept looking over at me but she said nothing. Upon the expiration of 15 minutes, I calmly dried my feet, put my slippers on, placed my handbag on my shoulder and walked towards the door. That is when the pedicurist who was looking at me and the lady who instructed me to place my feet in the bath caught up with me and tried to convince me Maureen was now finished and available to do my nails. I told them "No thank you, I am not accustomed to 'that' (meaning their level of unprofessionalism)".

::i rebond my hair there ,which was not worth of money.They charged me high & it doesnt even last for a month. the salon is noot professional & iyt seems like they are good to there nationalities.

::I'm American, and whenever I visit my husband in Doha, I go get a quick sew-in or blow dry by (LENA). She is the ONLY reason why I go there, she has gentle hands and gaves you advice on how to maintain your style.. The salon is a bit unprofessional when it comes to booking nail appointment. They allow their regular customer or friends to go ahead of you while you wait. They also sale hair, which makes life easy..
