  I had brought in a cat who I’ve been feeding for over a month that’s been injured in the head area. I feed him and his mom on a daily basis just outside my house. Just yesterday I went out to feed him and found him bleeding and panting, and could have easily died. I brought him in to Parkview and they were very responsive towards the emergency and took a look at him right away. He’s been kept for 24 hours and just now I received a call with some good news; he’s all healed up! I wasn’t overcharged much either. I even couldn’t pay the balance as I didn’t have the money on hand and they were understanding. I did leave my phone as insurance tho. Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Dr Julieta is very nice and knowledgeable and highly recommended! Thank you Park view for what you do - i recommend y’all to refer to them when needed, hopefully you receive feedback as positive as mine. P.S: I highly recommend you to listen to what they have to tell you exactly to avoid any misunderstandings, and to ask questions, whether regarding the patient’s condition or your balance sooner than later. I feel like that’s where most problems occur which result in bad reviews.u

  Never have I experienced such unprofessional behavior for a service. Took my kitten for a consultation and a test as he wasn’t feeling too well. Long story short I don’t want to sound rude but I barely understood what the doctor was saying ( mind you English is not my first language) had the receptionist explain to me from the notes as I still had no idea what was wrong with my kitten. The receptionist wrote down the diagnosis for me to research at home. (Definitely not her fault, but she was trying to help as I was so upset) anyway went back in after a few days to get a follow up and a test and was charged more than my first visit. Right if a doctor is so obnoxious and rude and didn’t even spend 2 minutes talking to me why was I charged?! I realized that there were not much information online about park view apart from horrid stories also on their Facebook page doesn’t even have a review option obviously they don’t want people talking negative about they’re horrible unprofessional doctors! Thank goodness I found an amazing vet who treat my kitty and myself with care with amazing doctors. Please refrain going to park view. Oh I was told that I would get a call from them to arrange something with the senior vet ( free of charge) but I wouldn’t hold my breath. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I have only used the grooming service here. It is the best in town. I have a Bichon frise and the phillipinos lady groomer and a gentleman groomer are the only ones in town who know how to groom her. They are easy to talk to and do their best to fulfill your requests. Highly recommended.

  We were very well received by the staff's of Parkview pet center. We appreciate the way they have handled our puppy. The doctors and other staffs are very good and the consultation fee also is reasonable in comparison with others.
