  Had my unit checked 10 July 2018. I was told that before Thursday of that week there would be an update. Never got it. I called the service centre and was told it was released. I came to the centre to personally check the information. I was told they were still checking and would get a message. This after noon 4:08 23 July 2018, I got an automated system to confirm repair cost. After 13 days of waiting ... the cost was almost a new mobile phone. I prompt withdrew the phone unit. After stepping out of the center I got an SMS saying to call the centre because they could not reach me. Quite perplexing all the automated system and all. The disappointment boils down to a phone call or SMS not being made to its costumers. Apologies accepted but there has to be better service from a Service Center.

  Very nice service. Fast and perfectly fixed for a day even in ramadan. Specially thanks to Mr. Aklesh. He helped to check the spare availablity and fixed my phone screen so quick. I feel like I got a new phone now. All staffs were kind and helpful. Thanks all.

  The Filipino Employee was rude and I can sense the sarcastic comments from him, I was in a hurry so I choose not to confront him.... All tough they fixed my Samsung S7 edge which was under warranty, the service was really good.
