  Missed a connecting flight so had about 20 hours in the hotel. The views are not exciting but the hotel standards are very good. The food was very nice, even catering for vegetarians. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning was fantastic 😁

  The Retaj Al Rayyan hotel is a fairly new establishment in the country, but they have been extra careful to make their guests happy. The hotel is centrally located. The food is quite good and as is the stay.

  Good hotel location is good. Cleaning side is poor basic amenities in the bathroom, no iron and iron table we have to phone every day to get clean towels, No one bother to change bed sheets or duvet and pillow covers. Window was very dirty. Breakfast was good lot of choices available. Staff behaviour wasn't friendly or helpful. We will not coming to this hotel again as other good hotels are available in this area for almost same price.

  Good hotel for short term stay. Location is prime. Reception staffs, are of substandard with little attitude and with almost nil hospitality senses. In case of any issues, you should immediately ask to talk to the manager on duty. I hope then your issue will be addressed. Room service is attentive. Ambiance is OK. Reception area is not that grand though, but OK. Restaurant is just after the reception on the same floor. Restaurant has variety BUT repeated variety. You will notice in every meal almost 50% or more things are repeated. So most of the time boring as you can't eat similar food all weeks and 3 times a day. That is why I told, it is good for short term stay.

  We stayed here for one night as transit passenger. The hotel appearance is very good. Grand reception area. Rooms are quite specious. Good beds. Good toilets with all facilities. The toilet flush however had some problem. The shower also was leaking and hence flow was reduced. We got sea facing room, hence via was superb. Breakfast as well as lunch ere good. Good variety, good taste and good quality. I liked the deserts very well. Overall the hotel is very goodxi wish the service and maintenance is more professional.
