  I was about to claim a Mashreq Voucher as i select Sharaf DG. Came to know that the store closed with out any info. Is there any service desk in Qatar alive or its dead completely?

  10/10 the best tech store out here, has an extremely helpful team of staff with a fair amount of offers and sales from now and then. HUGE discounts in prices on major events such as Black Friday and Christmas. If your gonna buy anything tech related I'd recommend Sharaf DG.

  Customer service is bad. return policy is bad. avoid buying through them... go to lulu or directly to agent

  I made an online purchase for an iPhone and wanted to find out the status of delivery. The call center said someone would call me back immediately with an update but no one called till now. I also raised two tickets online and got automated emails saying the ticket is being closed😕 without anyone even calling me. I still await a response and the delivery from Sharaf DG. Ridiculous and appalling service. Hope Sharaf DG redeem themselves before all their customers in Qatar move to other electronic stores who are less painful.
