  more interested in trapping investers, do not have any control on the builder or square yards do not give any receipts for our payments. if you are not lucky you can be guaranteed of loosing your money. so be careful and preferably avoid them. deal directly with reputed builders only. avoid middlemen , they give more head ache and we loose our money. check what is happening with skylarrk or many others. dont get carried by success ful stories, that is the way these people cheat innocent investers

  The very friendly staff came to me and did the contract for Skylark mansions bangalore by taking advance payment. The scheme was buyback. The bank released the full loan to developers by developer guarantee to pay the pre-emi reimbursement to our account. But Skylark is not paying the pre-emi reimbursement and now I have to pay both pre-emi and emi installment payment. Skylark has not yet started excavation and therefore we will end up paying a huge amount more than the cost of building if they delay.

  I used them for one of the investment that they promoted in Qatar .. it turned out to be scam and since the day I sent the money 25000$ never returned. I filed a case in local court and praise to God, they will make them pay. My advice to y’all: do not engaged with them in anything. They are thieves.

  Sachin Vyash & Debanshu from squar yards came to me for investment perspective and I booked flat in mantriwebcity but my loan was not approved, and the booking amount was supposed to be returned in 15 days, but its been more than 1.5 yr now, still i din't got my money. and squar yards is not able to resolve it, which they committed in starting.
