  They accepted my laptop twice.its brand is Asus and they fixed it with no extra charge.

  They do not accept Asus brand. To the manager- Remove that brand indicated on your title.

  Had a TV under warranty and it was not connecting to the Internet. After googling and personally trying to trouble shoot the issue I reached out to my Internet provider and IT department for my compound. I ended up calling SAMSUNG because my Tech department was saying it was a TV problem. They came quickly and spent a lot of time troubleshooting the TV. Technoblue concluded it was an internet issue. After addressing my IT department again and a Tech visit from them they said it was for sure the TV problem. So I called again. The Technician was kind enough to return again, and again all TV functions worked properly. Technoblue confirmed a router issue. When my compound IT set an appointment to come to the apartment again they requested that the Technoblue Technician be present also. The same technician kindly agreed and came when scheduled. This is now 3 visits from the Technoblue service team and they were kind each time. Third time confirmed again that it was a router issue. Thank you for your patient service and diligence.

  Bad service and so slow staff. Need more development.

  Amazing service here. Once get in with a problem nd the next time u get out frm here there no issue in ur electronic device
