  Ahli bank - worst and horrible customer experience . Today I had been to Ahli bank airport road branch , and it was so sad to see , how they treat their customers . Terrible and sad , they treat people with disrespect . I see , that they have "NO DESIRE"to work at all . I spoke to a " champion" which I would define , with regards to my account , and he literally came rude at me . I really want to put up his name here . But again , that wouldn't make me any different from how he treated me . And mostly , the cash counter is empty . U would only see one cashier at their place . Again it really matters who works in these branches .I feel really scared to step into their branches, coz they would just do the opposite of of any instructions given to them .Zero professionalism , courtesy , knowledge , ethics . But here I would give them a rating of 5 for "ARROGANCE". Maybe , I have come in terms of an understanding, that this is what each customer deserves to treated . And , silence is the best answer to all these issues or u end up losing all ur money .

  There is ATM as well. What I admire about their ATM's that they offer withdrawal either with Qatari Rial or with US Dollars.

  I wanna rate it Zero. The worst customer service i ever had in my life. They don't have any respect for their customers. They are always in Angry mood as if they have some personal enmity with us. Never judge someone with other fake reviews. You go there once and then you will understand. I wont recommend this bank to anyone.
