::Clean environment, friendly staffs and great medical facilities. Emergency unit is efficient but there is waiting which is not convininent. Also, need to wait for insurance approval. These process increase the waiting time. The emergency unit is situated in the left side of the hospital. Difficult to find free parking but paid one is avalaible too.

::I waited for 1 hour to receive my medication at the pharmacy. I was told the delay was to get insurance approval...when I goto any medical clinic it takes 5 mins..I will not gok back here again!

::Worst telephone service ever. I have been trying to call this hospital on various occasions. On 3 days I was not able to reach anybody at all during their business hours. I tried it on various times in those days and let the phone rang until it automatically disconnected. The times when I was able to reach somebody, usually you get somebody who talks not very nice to you and I got the feeling that my call is annoying the telephonist more than she was interested in helping me. The doctors themselves seem quite competent and are professional. If you have an appointment you won't be waiting long, else it may take a while. The prices are quite high but I guess that's just the thing with private hospitals. A consultation cost around 400 QR, one follow up usually free of charge but depends upon the department.

::The hospital is extremely unprofessional and purely money driven. Their customer service and so called supervisor are the worst. The arrogant customer service and call center provide you with false information about the insurance and when you complain because they refuse to do your blood tests, the supervisor addresses the issue by blaming you and making you look unprofessional. By the end of the conversation, the supervisor who smells like funny food almost wanted to tell me to piss off so he can go and finish his lunch. He seemed very irritated that a customer cut his lunch at 1:30PM. I am very fascinated by how they work hard to retain their customers. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. You would better spend your money and time somewhere else. The process of meeting the doctor is SO painful. Please don't be fooled into thinking that this hospital is the best private hospital in Qatar. They surely don't care about you or your health, they just want your money.
