  This time i got very bad service from one of your travel agent Indian (Hyderabad), I booked emergency air ticket for my brother who had leg problem, he supposed to leave on 10 May 2019 (Friday) from Doha to Chennai. I was there on 9th May night and i clearly told your agent person to arrange ticket on tomorrow which is on 10th May. He issued air ticket on 10 Jul 2019 on same time. he never explained anything about ticket. we came to know 10 May morning, but unfortunately your agency closed on Friday so its was so embarrassed on me and my brother. I can't tolerate such things that your person was so negligence to issuing ticket without proper checking. it is very bad service at all.

  Great service, office is well organized. There is no parking space however. You would have to park down the street at Al Yarmouk Street or at the back of the building which is a bit of a hassle.
