  Worst experience ever. For the amount that we are paying we should have an excellent customer service first. Second, I asked them for the WiFi password and they refused to give , they said we don't give anymore , weird cauz as far as I know all the other gym are allowing. Actually I cannot understand the name of this gym (it is related to I fitness villagio or what exactly??) Plus the equipments are very old Plus they close it for 2 weeks saying that they will renew it , of course nothing changed. Plus on Friday it opens at 3 and on Thursday it closes at 9 . What's this logic ?? Staff need to rest ? Of course give them 1 day off separately not all of them in the same time. Be sure that I will not encourage anyone from my environment to join this gym !! Thank you !

  Poor customer service Closing at 9:00 on Thursdays & Fridays also Air conditioning is very bad .. Two stars for equipments
