  I have previously spoken highly of this garage and referred many people to the garage. In April of 2015, I got very bad service. Car went in for: -Front bumper paint -Fix oil leaks -Brake pads and resurface rotors -Check coolant level -Replace thermostat sensor So the car was at the garage for a week with the list above. I went on a short holiday and decided to leave the car so they can fix everything. I trusted this shop and told them to fix whatever needed fixing. I got a call that there were multiple leaks and I approved the bill. I called to verify the car was ready and they said to come pick it up. Unfortunately, I went to pick up the car near closing time. Right away I noticed the thermostat sensor was not fixed as I could see the reading in the dash. I asked and they said -oh, just come back later and they would look at it. I didnt mind as much as it was a minor issue and took the car home, and told them I would return in 2 days. On the drive home I noticed strange noise from the engine bay. I checked under the hood and notices they had not secured a plastic piece properly. What was ALARMING was that the coolant cap was not closed all the way, and I could hear air from it. This made me really upset because it was obvious they did not do proper check before closing the hood. I was upset but there was more to come. I took the car back and had to wait for Riyadh who is one of the owners. Finally, he come an hour later to help me. They lifted the car to install the new sensor and I was thankful at least the leak was fixed properly. But, I also noticed the underbody shield/guard in the center of the car was not installed and missing. So they looked around the garage but it was no where to be found. They told me to order one from BMW and they would install it. Nightmare was not over, I felt the brake disk and noticed that it was not smooth. I asked the owner why the brake disk where not smooth if they resurfaced them. They claimed that they decided not to resurface the disk as they were fine. Basically, they charged me for something they did not do, additionally I spend money on brakes and sensors which will wear down faster as it was not properly installed. As a proper install requires resurfacing the disk. At that point, I thought to leave the garage as I rather not trust this garage any more. I was very pleased with this garage in my past visits from 2013-2014, but in 2015 they are busy and very arrogant. All three of the owners are more busy playing games on their Iphone that helping customers. If you want to get anything repaired, make sure you stick around to check on the work. Specially avoid Riyadh, the other brother/ owner is not so bad.
