  British International Dental Centre is an excellent dental center with two locations in Doha. Dr Sarah Aalders, director of these centre's main priority is making sure her patients are comfortable and get the best dentistry ever. They have videos I could watch while getting my teeth worked on. I would highly recommend British dental centre's to anyone who needs dentist.

  I have recently had a horrible experience at this clinic. The consultation received by the visiting orthodontist was nothing more than an opportunity for the clinic to bill excess amounts over and above my insurance, without first informing me of the costs. The suggested procedure was insufficient for the dental issue and the cost quoted was 4 times what other clinics in Doha charge. I think they just expect people to or insurance companies to blindly pay so they bill whatever they want. When I spoke to the practice manager about my experience, she was rude and completely failed to satisfy any of the issues I had. Never again, suggest you avoid this place, unless you like paying an excessive price for poor service!

  I had my root canal done by dr. Fady in west bay and the crown refitted by Dr. Anu in salwa road. Dr. Fady was fast and he was very good. But the doctor in salwa road was slow and it took me 3 trips to get it fixed ( first where she cut my gum to take mold for the crown, and the next trip to fit it in but because it took them so long to get the mold the gum had grown back, so they took another impression of the tooth, cut my gum again and the final trip was to fit the crown in) of course becaaus they screw up the first time they didnt charge me for the second trip. today after exactly 1 year and 1 week the tooth had chipped. I sent them an email to help me fix it. It never used to bother me how much everything cost because my insurance paid everything but now I am bothered because the thing was suppose to last for a long time and it chipped in such a short period of time. I'm not a meat-gnawing person, so why did my tooth chip!!

  Very fishy! The doctor, won't mention HIS name, but now that I look online he doesn't even have a Doha License and I feel bad I had my daughter there thrice. After I 3rd visit, I was given a bill with hidden costs and when questioned they quickly took out the payment. I would have been 4000 QAR in the hole if I didn't inquire about it which led me to believe that he, can't speak of other doctors, seemed just greedy to get my card and ring the charge. When it comes to dental care, professionalism is priority and someone who seemed so unprofessional in their dealings - don't know if they cut corners inside where their hands are in our children mouth! YUCK! I'm offended, disgusted and felt like I was about to get ROBBED! Thank you God, for turning me away from them. It says British International and I have yet to see a British doctor in there - it seems like a scam. Sorry I was there. Wasted 1000 riyal!!! I should get all my money back!
