  I went there to treat my cat because it had got sick and it was feeling better in no time I will go there today or tomorrow to get a breed house and turtles my name stars with A that’s all for now thank you for your service

  If you care for your pet, please don’t take them to the vet or groomers here. They have no expert knowledge of how to properly care for a pet. I went into the groomers and all the cats being combed and hair dried were shivering from terror and shock. At one point there were faeces on the floor from one of the cats. There was a small chihuahua on a leash under a table trembling from fear nearby. On top of that, the room in which this all took place reeked and fur was floating everywhere - I would be concerned with the people working here too. The place was such in poor condition, it was hard to believe it was still functioning. For pet owners, if you love your pets, please don’t come here. The affordable prices might be alluring but it is not worth your pets wellbeing.

  Worst place ever. Never take your pets here for any treatment! I took my cat for grooming and she was returned injured. When inquired they said oh she was too hyper and scratched us so we could not handle. In the trauma they caught her back so hard that they injured her back. My cat was in pain and crying all night and had to take her to a proper vet the following day and the vet conformed that she was manhandled. Beware and pls don't take ur babies here.

  i bought my bird here a month ago.. they had all their birds in small cages with nothing but a wood hut for them to sleep in and water, they couldn't even spread their wings in the cages! My bird is 1 years old which is bad because he isn't trained at all judging from how scared he still is of me after weeks of trying. i still love my bird but they ripped us off with HUGE prices and the cats and dogs all live in the smallest cages ever. the animals wouldn't even come out to greet us like they should in most pet stores! its very disappointing. ALSO, while we were choosing a cage for my bird i witnessed someone getting punched then kicked out of the store (assuming he just got fired) they aren't even professional. the cage i bought was aging and rusty as well as catches dust well. not a good place.

  the Egyptian doctor who works there is really rude and treat his customers horribly . Worst experience of my life .. never returning there
