  Disorganised with paperwork once past the quoting stage, but more seriously didn't check our home address in Australia, and once goods arrived in port held container to ransom while they attempted to get us to pay an extra $500 +gst to compensate for their error. Luckily husband is contract negotiator and the matter was finally resolved when it went to higher management (who still initially asked for payment before conceding we were not at fault). Items arrived in good condition and packers and deliverers were friendly helpful people, but we really didn't need to headache of being asked to financially cover the companies internal error.
