  This is the Al Khor branch of Doha Bank. My friends have spoken about how frustrating their service can be sometimes. The thing they complained about the most is the below average customer service experience. Almost all of them had to wait for 30 minutes or more to deposit money.

  The worst customer service ever! I have been waiting for almost 30mins then my turn comes. I requested for NRI account & they said the concerned person is on leave! They didn’t even bother to give me more information on account opening. It was very disappointing.

  Try to assist customer instead of making them to run for money. The peoples working in branches are not helpful at all specially in Salwa & Al-Khor Branch. Try to improve customer service & educate your staff of document requirement to open account
