::Defiantly i can say the worst hospital in doha. Especially doctor Mariam (she can’t even called doctor. Shame on her) was not even able to diagnose properly. She didn’t tell me what medicine that she gave and the only word that she said was “ok”. I wonder if she can talk english or not. Nurse talk more than her. I felt like i came to the wrong place.

::Very poor coordination from the doctor to the reception,out of experience,first one doctor is on sick leave but still no notification,now on 19th.03.18 ,i visited the premise for an appointment with a doctor at 8:00 pm after waiting for 45 minutes,the test is said to happen the following day at 8:00am,that made me cancel all my schedule at work and my daughters school meeting ,only to my surprise when at Doha Clinic Hospital am told that the doctor left for leave???? calling reception for 9 times without anyone picking up my call.just so fed up with their services.

::***Totally unethical and corrupt*** Visited the ENT clinic on 2nd floor on 17th March around 1:00 pm. Clearly told the lady at the reception desk that I wanted to get a referral for the sleep clinic but she never bothered to tell me that the sleep clinic is ***permanently closed***. I was asked to go see a ENT first after paying the consultation fee. Waited half an hour, saw the ENT, who gave me the referral form for the sleep clinic. When I finally arrived at the sleep clinic I learned that the clinic is permanently closed. Went back to the ladies at the reception desk to register a complaint. They seemed quite happy for having ***ripped me off*** and refused to refund the consultation fee. Extremely surprised that such a huge facility is relying on such scams and rip offs for earinng a few bucks. It would be better if they simply start asking for donations instead of wasting people's time and money.
