  Very nice institute with big library. It is wonderful area for someone who want to reas something in a quiet evironment. You can take coffee or eat in the buffet restaurant.

  This is a specialist graduate school which grew out of the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies. Unless you work or study here or are coming to a public lecture, you would be unlikely to visit. The cafeteria, by the by, offers an exceptional quality of food for an academic institution.
