  worst customer service i have ever found in Doha. I called the embassy to inquire about required documents to apply for visa . a person who answered my call name was Mr. Mohamed Ahmed ( he said this name) he was so rude he said " I cant provide any information check from website " which I couldn't find it. he was repeatedly saying same which I couldn't get from website & he want me call after 30 mins this might be looking so simple but the way which he spoke to me so harsh & rude . customer service is something listen to quires & support them . If that is not possible why are you keeping telephone line for customer service. this people are really spoiling both countries reputation.

  As they say. The best thai hospitality. The staff is very helpful and always take care of the requests. The visa application process is very simple and efficient. They are very prompt and never one feels any inconvenience.

  Last time in November we went to bkk... Before even going we were impressed by the embassy itself.... Good job ...guyss..thanks a lot
