  an amazing workout with 5 free sessions when you join. it's not a flash gym area with glitzy changing rooms etc but the floor area is great with a large range of workouts. it's a very good intense workout with nice trainers. this is becoming popular now .. it's a good honest workout with cardio and weights and much more. you know you'll have worked out after you've left the session.

  One of the best gyms I have ever seen. A lot of people from all around the city attend the training classes.

  Wonderful training structure that will make you sweat your heart out. Booking the classes is the easiest using their application. Staff are friendly and the crowd is nice. Definitely motivating.
