::This place really helped me out as far as feeling comfortable in a different country. I felt safe here and the women that gave me massages and pedicure were always awesome. I got know their story and they knew mine. Wonderful experience and worth the money. The location was beautiful as well

::I'm giving this salon three stars because the first time I booked an appointment with them for a haircut for curly hair, they booked me in at the wrong branch, even though I had been very specific about which branch (the one in Beach Tower) I wanted to get my haircut at. I had to rebook my appointment, and they messed up AGAIN the second time, this time by booking me in with the right person at the right branch, but for a normal haircut instead of a curly cut (even though the second appointment was made in person, they SAW I have curly hair, and I must have said at least a dozen times that I want someone who can cut curly hair). So that's basically four uber rides to and from home that I'm never going to get money back for, and also, I was told that the next appointment with Monique wasn't open until June. I then had a talk with their manager, and she apologised and said that they will book me in with Monique the next time someone else cancelled their appointment with her. I managed to get one this Friday, and I assure you the only reason I gave this salon three stars at all is because Monique is fabulous at her job. If you have curly hair, go to her, and you'll be in great hands. She's polite, kind, attentive, listened to what I wanted to the last detail, and I left the salon feeling and looking good. She really knows what she is doing and while I had been nervous going in before the appointment, in hindsight, I could have really trusted her opinion and needn't have worried. So yeah, long story short: they *REALLY* need to train some of the staff at their call centre and receptions, but if you DO manage to get an appointment with Monique despite their many blunders and wasted uber rides, you'll leave there a happy customer.

::Tried calling numerous of times with no success (despite the phone line being engaged during attempts). When I finally got through they said they couldn’t hear and would call back but didn’t. They didn’t answer my attempts to call again after either. Guess business is not needed?
