  My first time and a horrible experienced. I went to this salon and wanted to get a haircut then one lady working in the salon convinced me to get hair color, so I showed them the color that I wish to, it was an ash blond color. They said that it's going to look like in the picture. I was very excited to see it. However, after they colored my hair, it turned YELLOW, and they said it was a beautiful color. I went home checked the picture and realized that it wasn't the same color in the photo which I showed to them. I called them again to fix my hair, a fast forward story they change my hair color yet it was not the color that I wanted it was GREY. In addition to that, they charge me 500 riyals for my shoulder length hair, 100 riyals for the haircut and I also paid 250 riyals for the treatment because my hair was damaged. I don't know why I did it, but for sure it was not worth it. Now I don't know what I look like; someone said I look like 60 years old because of the grey hair. I am super disappointed! I wish I did not color my hair #definitely not going back to this salon. :(

  I've been here many times, but my last experience was horrible, I usually get waxed there by a nice morrocan lady, this time a different one, she seems not to know what she was doing, instead of of doing her job correctly she ended up irritating my skin which becoming so painful and on top of that she was laughing, even after I stood up used oil to remove what's left from the wax stuck there, she was laughing! Such unprofessional staff. And all the staff that day was not friendly at all. I calmed myself after that and went down to get a mani pedi, unfortunately another deception, she left my nails in different lengths which made me wonder, why was even there! Such a disappointment, I will certainly never get back there again. You've lost a loyal customer.

  Gorgeous friendly staff even late at night. Made me feel so welcome and laughed lots. Waxing was great, with nice quick extra massage after. I'll be back to try the massage menu and mani/pedi :) Thanku
