::With regards to my Gucci wallet: 1) stains still there. 2) the strap ( Green&red )become loose. 3)very awful communication customer services at the counter + wording &arguing ( Tunisian girl). 4)no receipt given at all point of time. 5)wrong promise as I driven from barwa to collect and been told ( you want good cleaning you have to wait another 2 days). Read the above and hope you understand. I wouldn’t give even a star for Quality and customer services. I hope manager read this!
