::My car needed servicing and I tried many times to call with no answer. I tried on Facebook and finally received a response, which directed me to book an appointment online through their official website. I tried to book the major service for a Saturday during Ramadan, since I am working during their weekday hours and couldn't make it there on time. A week passed so I finally went on Saturday, which was when I tried to schedule the appointment. I arrived before 8 am and there was already a huge queue. They told me there are no appointments on Saturdays..fine. They took my car which was serviced the next day. I couldn't make it before closing time so I agreed to pick it up the next day on Monday in the morning. Again, huge queue with some of the same unhappy customers from Saturday. I arranged to come to work a little late. This time, I'm waiting past 9am because they wanted to wash the car. The valet told me 30minutes. On the way to work, the car lost power and died after approximately twenty minutes drive across the city right after picking the car up from them. I towed it later on and Dev was very, very helpful in accommodating me. It turns out fuel filter was blocked. This was disappointing that it wasn't problematic at the time of the major service, which was nearly 3000qar (spark plugs, belts, tensioners, filters, all fluids changed). All in all, there are a few communication problems during busy times, but they try, especially Dev in customer service.

::They were doing a satisfactory job till 3months ago. But no more. I gave my kia sorento for service and to fix the ac mode selector which was stuck in defog mode. For one whole day they did not do the service and gave me a quote of QAR 8500 for changing nearly every part in the ac system. When I insisted that I gave the car for service and to fix only ac mode selector they took another whole day. When I came to pick the car they say ac is ok now and charged QAR 852 from me. On delivery of car ac mode selector was not fixed. I took the car as I wanred it over the weekend. On driving back I realized they have done something wrong with the ac. The ac was cooling well before I gave the car only problem was mode selector. But they probably ruined the ac system may be because they want me to come back and spend 8500 riyals. AC now is total unserviceable giving only hot air. Very Bad dealing and really Bad Service....

::Break pads for Kia optima 2016 is 798 QR including labour. In my opinion, new car doesn't need maintenance all the time. This is b.s. In Qatar, unfortunately we have to do it to be able to sell the car... Bogus

::Very good service along with very helpful and friendly staff. Only the location is a bit far (although this is common for all other car service centers) but it's worth the long distance trip. I definitely recommend it for all Kia cars owners in Doha.
