  It’s very rare that I use this platform to voice out my opinions, but then when you face such poor service at a place that is meant to be the forefront in representing the hospitality sector ... opinions need to be voiced out. To the owner/ manager of this shop, it’s my humble request that you start paying close attention to your work staff and their behavior towards customers. It doesn’t take much effort to try at least especially when there are numerous (& better) shisha cafes nearby #rude_service

  Good ambience, good staff, best BBQ, good service and very good sheesha. Best place to hangout in Doha.

  Very poor service, I went today had to wait 1 hour to order, called them several times from where we were seating and they don't seem to care, so I had to go up to them and call them up to take the orders and it was more than two times.
