  Really bad service! Bad call center agents. Purchased a water cooler, first they said they can't fix it when we fixed it by a plumber and now there is small issue with that these guys are saying that they can't do anything because it was not done by our technician. Please don't buy products from Jumbo if you don't want to suffer.
