  The worst bank I've ever dealt with. Customer Service is a word that is not in this bank dictionary. The most complected bank in procedure that makes customers runaway. I will never work with them gain neither would recommend it to anyone.

  Probably the worst Bank in Qatar, they cheat, steal and exploit you to make money in ways that can get them sued in other countries. Not to mention their extremely rude customer service guys who have no idea how to speak with other human beings. Whenever someone brings the name of this bank up, I make sure to tell them about my extremely bad experience. I wish I could rate them something less than a star.

  This is the worst bank ever. Customer service is nil. No tellers are working. One teller (National) is now sitting with the branch manager (national)for the last one hour talking about perfumes and accessories. While 25 customers are waiting. I am currently at the bank, being here for the last two hours waiting for my turn.

  I can call it anything but not a bank very bad customer service. Staff is useless and not cooperative at all. It was my worst mistake to bank with them.
