  Very bad service too much time taking every time minimum 3 hours need for small Enquiry also.

  Worst bank ever! Worst Customer Service! The slowest in providing liability letters, clearance etc. Even bank statements cost QAR10 per month and the current month is not free even if its showing as free in the list of service fees.
