  Had very bad experience on getting back my deposit because I declined their offer to extend contact as they increased the rental exorbitantly after the due date.

  I inherited a small property a few years ago. I wasn’t planning to ever use it, so I thought why not sell it? Sure, it wasn’t much and I wasn’t hoping to get much on it. When they first talked to me about preparing my property for showing, I was like – Aaaa, remember I said I won’t move a finger for this?! Naturally, they insisted. They moved more than one finger for me, once I approved. And they were so right because with only a few changes I got to increase my sales price like it never occurred to me!

  I actually had the chance to work with MD Properties for an international project promotion. I was surprised to see how much of a useful input they gave in terms of promotion consulting. From written media coverage and printed promotion materials to suggestions in terms of conceptual image, they haven’t missed a thing. Very good work.

  I’m in the business of meeting all kind of agents and I can tell when one is forcing himself to look excited about his work. But the people I met at this agency were far from a suit and a mask. Excellent communicators Always with a genuine smile on their faces Very reliable And – essential to me – always punctual. I know I was a terrible client, with lots of complaints, hard to please, but they did pleased me eventually. I rented my first house with them and I am currently working on a new rental. Who wouldn’t love the chances to stop being stressed about finding a house?
