  The most terrible salon i have ever visited in my life. I am rating it 1 star as there is no 0 star here. i visited there for hair cut, pedicure and waxing. They charge for every single thing they will do. For cutting hair, for washing and hair drying. If you dont want wash they will spray water to make it wet and cut. when you have curly hair dont even take risk :) after pedicure my feet became very dry and i dont know how she cut cuticles as i was not able to sleep over night because of dry skin and pain from cut. And of course the worst one was for waxing. I paid 100 QAR for waxing. she waxed only half and left rest uncleaned. and telling me you can come next time and i will do the rest. The wax is 1 kind only. if you ask she will bring other kind which is very sticky and it was first time in my life i saw. very old fashioned home made i guess. This is just ridiculous price and the service. I guess they have only 3-4 customers and they are charging them over price to pay the salary of the staff. I have no other explanation for the service and price they offer.

  Money hungry salon. Will charge you over ANYTHING. They will simply take any opportunity to charge you over ANYTHING. Even their "natural" treatments are 450 Riyals not including washing the hair with "normal shampoo" which they will respond by saying "Madam its only 23 riyals" like we live on gold and if it's another regular shampoo that any other salon uses but doesn't charge you over will simply be more by 10 or 20 riyals. They also asked me to pay 25 Riyals to fix ONE of my nails that I painted at the salon the previous day. Not forgetting they charged me 5 Riyals for the disposal slippers. DO NOT TRUST THEM, MOROCCAN TOUCHES IS A SCAM. lol but no, for real. Don't.

  The customer service is horrible! One of the staff at the desk booked me in on the wrong time slot, and claims that I chose the timing (when I clearly didn't). She was arguing with me for a good minute, until she offered me to wait until she confirms whether the next customer will be late so I can take her slot. I waited for 15 minutes for the staff at the desk to confirm with the next customer, but she blatantly ignored me! When I told her that I'm leaving, she simply said "OK" with out offering another time slot. I am for sure not coming back to this salon.
